SimpleSurvey app for iPhone and iPad

With SimpleSurvey you can quickly measure land distances, perimeters, angles, and areas using just the map on your iPhone.

Use SimpleSurvey to:

-Calculate the area of a particular section of your land.

-Determine the yardage between you and the flag on the golf course.

-Work out how far it is to better plan your routes on or off the water.

-Build a photo collection as you go by assigning photos to each pin dropped, and email these photos to yourself or a colleague.

SimpleSurvey allows you to collect photos as you place pin locations in the application. This allows you to better relocate the location you were at or help you to share your trips. Once all of your photos have been taken you can then easily email them all to yourself or a colleague.

Also after you have completed defining the area you are working on, the email function of SimpleSurvey creates a point file of all of the dropped pins latitudes and longitudes that allows for a quick and easy upload to AutoCAD software in PNED format. Whether or not you would like to use this file in AutoCAD, this allows for an easy recollection of the precise locations you are observing.

SimpleSurvey allows you to change the units of measurement for distance between: feet, meters, kilometers, yards, and miles. Also it allows you to calculate the area in square feet, acres, and hectares. Angles are calculated using decimal degrees and are displayed within the pins dropped.
